As breakfast cereals are suitable for fruit or whole grain bread with cheese or cottage cheese. For lunch, it may for example be a light potato salad, fish with lime sauce, salad with tomatoes and cheese, or stuffed grape leaves, marinated feta cheese in the evening, perhaps, a salad with avocado and cheese sandwich with mango or Papapya.
